I believe the group are 1.SS Pz. Div. Leibstandarte but carnt find there website to check that, so someone may confirm that for me, the russains are 2nd Guards Rifle Division and the us guys GI 44-45 Second Battle Group were the german lot ;) website is the following http://www.sbg1.mistral.co.uk/ ...

I popped in for a short look on saturday morning , the infresttructure looked top notch with the organised parking, marshalls, porta loos but it would be unfair to make a comment on the event from an observers vuepoint as this was 10.30 am saturday and was very quiet at that time, I noticed right aw...

Putting the Advirtising claims aside, which event will be the best attended by re-inacters. Having done peak rail the last three years and always feel its a quality event i would like a genuine comparison if Anyone is able

Which side of the field is being raised out of curiosity , the road side would upset the ones who don't like paying to get in lol In front of the Christmas Trees which will really make it a bit tricky getting good photos with no punters in the distance :cry: You make sure you come see me this year ...

Photos in colour unless taken with a period camera. B/W or sepia is a bit boring and often doesn't add anything to the photo. Strange concept but I understand what you mean... These simple black and whites and Sepia are indeed boring. But what if you want the Picture to Look like a Wartime Photo? B...
