Re: E50 1946 Paper Panzer (Trumpeter)

A few more of the E50. I added the front head light from Tasca'a light set but thought I would show it damaged with the bulb missing and just the wires showing inside. looking at the pic I have noticed I need to clean up around the base of the light. Though not seen clearly in these pics I added the...

E50 1946 Paper Panzer (Trumpeter)

Its been a while since I have posted here, so thought I would share my E50.
It is the Trumpeter kit, mostley built out of the box.
I added the metal barrel from RB and the tracks are the Tiger II late tracks from Hobby Boss.
The E50 is now ready for priming then the painting process.

Der Windhund Fallen Kamerad

It is with great sadness and regret that I must inform you all that John Griffin passed away on the evening of Friday 16th of December after suffering a heart attack. He was taken from us at a young age of 49 years old. John was a loved and valued friend, his warped sense of humour kept us in stitch...

Re: PRIVATE TACTICAL EVENT 16TH 17TH APRIL 2011 PIP PK

It is unfortunate that there are some rogue people who work for Royal Mail but not all of us are thieving gits! We had one who covered the round where i lived and he was opening letters for money to feed his gambling habbits, thankfully he got caught and jailed. As for giro's, they are not kept in a...

Re: Tank Museum Christmas Event

When we were there in 2007 we were allowed to do a few pics around the vehicles before the museum opened to the public but was told we would have to be out before the public came in so we don't offend anyone, we thought it was a bit stranged considering there were a load of us camped in the grounds ...

Re: Huertgen Forest Private Battle

I was gutted to have missed this, i had been looking forward to going for months. Unfortunatly my missus got made redundent on Thursday so could not justify spending close to £100 to go on the weekend as every penny will now count untill she sorts somehting out. Hope to be on the next one though. Ma...

World of Tanks

Below is a link to a game i found in one of the Tamiya model mags, it is "World of Tanks". Not really being much of a gamer i found the detail on the tanks to be good, although all German armour appears German Grey, even the late war ones. Game play is a little basic with the object to eit...

Hi Pete

Are you still accepting German groups! as we have 7 or 8 guys from the Windhund that would be interested in attending this event.
We have a field kitchen and Kubalwagon that we can bring along if you want to make use of them.
