The cynic in me always tries to clock the publisher before the reviews when books like this appear on forums - and they are indeed almost always self-publishing services. Never bodes well when the book's got to the marketplace as a result of cash rather than on merit.

Thats a typo Its "Scheißbuch" "Shooting book. Marc Marc, I hope you realise that Scheißbuch means shitbook, while Schießbuch means shooting book? How comes that English speaking people often mix-up the [ei] and [ie] with eachother? One of my bugbears too, although it's understandable...

I'm sure the KILL IT WITH FIRE story was even mentioned in the concrete historical document that was the Sven Hassel series :lol: I'll find out which book when I have the time, but I'm 99% sure it was mentioned as though fact. Maybe that story was one of the many that developed into "truth"...
