Hey!

Does anyone know Vintage stores or forums? By Vintage-stores I mean stores that make civilian clothing as repros, not only sell old stuff.

They have lists of vendors.
Be aware the theme is style. You wont find much in the way of work wear.

This place it close to me and they make very nice items, everything is made on the premesis and can be hand tailored (hence the price!!!).
