Does anyone know a UK/European source for 1930's style civilian suits?

I fancy something like this:

http://www.magnoliclothiers.com/princet ... -p-77.html

or

http://www.magnoliclothiers.com/fairban ... -p-87.html

but without the extra cost of postage and import duty etc. from the USA.

I find ebay does not work for this type of purchase. I need my size, in a condition I can be certain of with a full lifetimes of wear ahead of it. Not something ebay is good at providing.

Rocacha Tailors in London can do 1930's and '40s suits. Here they are: http://www.rocacha.com/suits.htm
Just be sure that you specify a button fly on the trousers otherwise they'll put in a zip!

Magnoli is located in NZ, and the prices are including shipping.

When going for a civilian suit, you need to keep in mind which country and social class you want it to portray. There can be many differences in those regards.
