Grüße und guter Morgen zu allem!
A little bit about meself.
My name is Friedrich Schueler and live in Southern KY. I'm one of those chaps who wants to reenact but just doesn't have the time or resources for it yet. I'm planning on enlisting in the US Marine Corps soon so I can both support my father, in failing health, and serve my country at the same time. I've taken a keen interest to history since I was a wee boy.
I suppose I first noticed reenacting when I was 11-12 years old, when I went to Oak Ridge TN and saw the reenactment they have there every year at the Secret City festival. I went to the SCF about four years in a row, but haven't been in the past two years due to the ever-humorous car troubles. I missed the Battle or Yorktown (Rev War) as well. Bugger. XD
Anyways... wotcher?
