Crap! You don't trow your rifle and certainly never let it drop like those bavoons! Or it's 20 Kniebends at least!

Try to get your normal rifle dril right like it should be then you do hand signals, do the Schutzenkette dril in the field and lots of hinlegen and tactical stuff... Way more important stuff then this nonsence

As for the Bunde guys Tom - its not funny, alot of hard work and practice put into that - and they are good. What IS funny is that they have time to learn it....I guess they just arent as hard-pressed as our lot.

RE The original post link... Those white gloves are a real no-no! It just broadcasts mistakes! Never, never use white gloves unless you are very-very good.

As has been said the type of drill is soooo wrong for the period. Those Bundie guys were good, I enjoyed that. I like a bit of good drill.
What IS funny is that they have time to learn it....I guess they just arent as hard-pressed as our lot.
Some of our guys have been known to turn out a good drill squad, you know? :)

Good point, once every corps would have its drill squad. I doubt that happens now :( Shame really.

Gee, I can understand practicing normal drilling but thats just crazy :D

But then again, these when done extremely well it's pleasing to the eye, and it can be a good hobby! These guys are good, but you can see they are not in the army, they haven't practiced it enough to be very good :) Still, I have to acknowledge that they are still quite good!
