10W S/E combination - 2 metre fixed antenna on vehicles.
Torn Eb - 2 metre fixed antenna or a 6 metre inverted L on the later war variants (the former can be used when mobile, the latter requires a fixed location for the duration the antenna is ercted).

Thanks Dave,

But how about the antenna used on the picture?

And were there any static antenna's used in tents or smaal command buildings.

Larger antennae were used in static positions - there was an 8 metre high pump up mast which could also be fitted to vehicles.
The antenna in the picture is the star antenna, and from memory this was particular to artillery fire control, though I could be mistaken. It changes the radio waves from the verticle plane to the horizontal plane which makes them harder to intercept over longer ranges.

the star antenna can be reproduced by making a set of crossed dipoles, this set up works really well for GMRS, im building a set at the minute, will post when i am done
