Funker documents - what would be needed?

It looks like I might be working on a funker impression, and I was wondering if someone could help me out as far as the paperwork goes. What sort of message pads and documents would have been readily used? If anyone has a good scan, I'd be more than willing to repop 'em and share the PDF.
