Vehicle related

Post by Feldjager »

Here's a few more bits I made and will hopefully be offering for sale later in the year. All are exact copies of originals in my collection

Vouchers for drawing fuel from military fuel supplies. These were used by single vehicles who needed to refuel - the appropriate amount of vouchers were exchanged for fuel. There is also a corresponding log sheet for the vehicle and the fuel depot (I have both, not got round to reproducing them yet). The left pile are petrol, the right diesel.

These are journey authorisations in pads and (believe it or not) parking permits. The former are double sided for the return journey which were supposed to be completed on arrival at the destination.

When I get round to it!! Possibly later this month or February.

The only thing I haven't been able to do is replicate the perforations on the fuel vouchers. Sewing machines give a hole which is too large and leave an "exit wound". The spiked wheels used in leather working are also not very good as they don't always puncture the paper.

Dave

I hope you are aware the forgery of Reich documents and vouchers is a shootable offence, if found guilty.
However the old Horch Feldmarschall Cabriolet (Kfz 21), is costing a fortune to run, so I may be able to overlook this for a small donation.

Is this anygood?

Get Holzgas and save the planet, hippy.

I have one of those - if you want to slightly dent the surface of toilet paper they are great... paper is a struggle and card - forget it!!

I've had decent luck using a pounce wheel:

They're not perfect, as the holes are squareish, but it's the best I've been able to come up with.

I've tried those - they are OK for paper, but no good for card. I may have another play with a sewing machine, as an idea has just struck me...
