Guys,

Just got back from a weeks leave in Alsace (a strange cross between Germany and France, but beautiful vista's, mountains, wine and beer)!

On our return journey yesterday swung by La Gleize to pay homage to:

isn't that the one with the welded together barrel?
i think the muzzle is actually off a panther, and the barrel is joined with an internal sleeve.
it looks well anyway.

Thats the one, but its is in very good condition considering, especially if compared to the Vimoutier Tiger 1.
