Personnally i don't think it is mate, doesn't look like anything Japanese i've seen before, materials and construction don't look right to me, maybe post war Japanese or chinese

At the car-boot 3 Korean Gentlemen where lurking…

I approach (not knowing their origin) asked could you help…

Japanese W######s came the reply… :shock:

Yeah Japanese WW2 Sh## one says reading it and pushes it away…. :twisted:

What does it say, that may help me….

Top row says "Propellor cover"
middle says "Spinner attachment" (or similar)

Don't know what the last one says, probably manufacturer or something.
