Japanese Stick Grenade

Post by mauser98 »

Gents,
I might be in a position to pick up a dewat/deactivated WW2 Japanese stick grenade from the family of a pacific vet. I normally don't collect Japanese militaria other than a few general items: helmet, flag, NCO sword and Type 99 rifle. I do have a repro japanses kit I display at living history events on occasion. I assume the stick grenade is not comonly found and would appreciate what it might be worth.
Thanks for the help,
Jim

Can't help you on the price as they never come up for sale over here, and rarely in the US aswell. Certainly one of the holy grails of Japanese ordanance.
If you can get it i would certainly recommend you do
