The sizes are mentioned on his website:

Size S Chest: 40" Sleeve: 23" Length: 28"(from shoulder to bottom)
Size M Chest: 42" Sleeve: 24" Length: 29"(from shoulder to bottom)
Size L Chest: 44" Sleeve: 25" Length: 30"(from shoulder to bottom)
Size XL Chest: 46" Sleeve: 26" Length: 31"(from shoulder to bottom)
Size XXL Chest: 48" Sleeve: 27" Length: 32"(from shoulder to bottom)

I had a L in both the jacket and the trousers and it fitted me perfect. I am 1.81mtr and ~76kg.

I know what he means! Er on the side of caution and get a size above what you normally wear, some of the boys found this out the hard way, although with Gavins luftwaffe kit.

Not sure if this will help or not,but i got the M37 trousers, my pant size is 32",but german trousers are worn higher above the waist so when i ordered,i got a 36" and it fit perfect..
And if you ever order a tunic,i went one inch bigger than my actaul chest size(39") So i got a 40". In hindsight i should have got a 41" because some service shirts are thicker than others. The one i have is a bit thick,so it makes my tunic a bit tight. I just need a service shirt of thinner material and it wont be an issue...
