RZM militaria. Militaria_Lee. sizes ?

Hi All,
Sorry if this has been covered before, and i know it’s a commone type of question. I’m looking at Militaria_Lee for a gabardine tunic. I have heard the quality is actually pretty good,my question is are the sizes that are listed accurate ? is a 42”chest which is down as a 40R actually that , a 42” ? it’s a lot of money to take a chance on, and with someone you haven’t dealt with before.
If anyone can give a me some feedback, or general advise i would be most grateful.
