The last photo shows some wearing Dutch pre1940 uniforms, used by the German army. They added the 2 lower pockets, added a collar and insignia.

Well spotted Rednas

I thought they may be pre-war Austrian or even Danish tunics, they probably ran out
or just used some captured stocks to issue this strange Foreign Unit.
