Large helmet liners?

Post by Hauwaertz »

Hello,
I obtained a large Deepeeka shell a few months ago from JägerRoll, but now I need to replace my liner.

My current liner is handmade from a piece of thin leather made from a cut up jacket. I contacted Don Calder, Grigsby, Lost Battalions, and Zeugmeisterei and none of them said they could make a liner in my size....so the quesion is:

Where can I find a size 64 liner?

Yes, 64 liner. Too many people have let me try a 64 infantry shell. I have the 71FJ shell, but it's the unhumanly massive liner I am serching for.

Richard.. take two liners, take them apart. Go to a shoe repair and have him sew a skull cap with it that fits you.. the mount it in the liner frame? just an idea

Danke Walt,

I'll contact the leather shop soon. I talked with one of my friends from school who's father makes leather items. Whichever is cheaper and can do it right gets the job.
