I just received a nice helmet cover from Panther works. I like their gear, and thought a FJ cover would be great. As I expected, it is well made, espcially the pattern of splinter B. It has a wide fabric band rather than a HBT, and the same kind of material on the top as a cross. What surprised me is that it is a drawstring cover. Did FJ covers with a drawstring have the crosses on the top and a wide band?

Did they ever have a fabric material? I suspect that I can convert it if needed, but I would love to avoid doing so!

thanks
for your opinions and help
