Herman Göring Camo outfit

what Camo smocks did the Herman Göring troops use by 1944...? Was it Luftwaffe Field Division or Waffen-SS Camo ?

I have seen photos of HG men in all manner of clothing, the old argument that HG only had a few items of ss clothing is not correct.

I have seen them in all types and paterns of ss smocks and other camo items, HG is a very complicated impression to get right but you can narrow it down to spercific battles and actions for the gear they where...

Late 44 had HG re equipped with Tan and Water hooded smocks, although pics show a smattering of older Splinter ground jackets and the occasional SS smock still in use.

As Dan points out HG is very complicated to get right due to these issues and insignia changes almost every six months.
