Queensland Model Hobbies Expo (QMHE)

I thought I would share a vignette entry I have in the Queensland Model Hobbies Expo (QMHE) this week end in Brisbane Australia. Its a first attempt at figure painting, and I wanted to try and be respectful of the topic (WIA).

I have five (5) entries all up this year. U-boat in 1/72nd, ELCO PT boat in 1/35th, F4U in 1/32nd, and an ESCI 1/9th Kubelwagen.

In 2007 I was fortunate to recieved Silver for an LCVP in 1/35th and Bronze for a Schnellboot in 1/72nd that I did.

QMHE is an annual event that brings together a broad range of modellers and modelling genres. The expo is a non-profit event allowing modellers to display their works, thanks to the support of sponsors, traders and participating clubs.
