Tamiya1/35th French Infantry set

Have you noticed, not one of them is eating cheese or surrendering.
Who has it wrong? Tamiya or Homer/the whole of the United States of America?
Perhaps in a year a more detailed set will be issued by Dragon which will correct any minor errors?

Ah! I got a set of the US 106th Div. I thought the big white sheet was an unprinted set of instructions.

Seriously, I fancy getting the Char B and the armoured carrier. They look very nice and there's already an etched set for the Char :)

Oh...what was that date???? Oh, yeah, MAY 8th 1945....The Unconditional Surrender of Germany.

What was the name of the unit that helped defend Berlin in the bitter end??? Oh...33. Waffen-Grenadier-Division der SS Charlemagne (französische Nr. 1).

And who gives us the Crazy Horse Paris??? Oooo-la-la! http://www.lecrazyhorseparis.com/

Come on guys...we all have our ups and downs...

My great-grandfather, Gustav Schmeisser, was from Metz...served in the German Army during WWI.
