I'm sorry I haven't commented earlier, I've only just seen the pictures.

What can I say ? Superb ! Wonderful scenery, an excellent 'look' of mid war Gebirgsjäger, and , most importantly, you're out there, in the enviroment, recreating what these men did; Bravo !


I think you would have enjoyed Project Edelweiss.. 8)

We really want to participate in this event, but I heard, that PE2017 was last..



I believe it was the last event of that type, however, it is possible it may appear in a different format - we shall see ! ( and hope..... :wink: )

Wunderschön kletterzeit berkameraden.

Our unit aspires to revive a "project edelweiss-type" climb sometime in the near future. It will happen- in its time.
