So my recent experience with Schuster is quite disappointing. Their customer service is way down compared to before.

Main problem is time, it took a month for them to confirm and understand a very simple order. Then they say they can't make 2 shoulder boards with numbers in 3 weeks time...

The other issue is that they used to have someone who spoke relatively good English, but now the new lady doesn't seem to understand simple requests and her responses are "short" at best.

It's a pity because they make (made) good stuff...can't tell new how good it is as I have yet to see it.
