can a spud gun be made to fire blanks?

Post by ssparatrooper »

Hello

i was just wondering if the VCR bill allows for "spud guns" to be converted to fire blanks?

also i have a briton pak 40 that fires matches would it be legal to set them on fire and fire them? or could i convert this to fire pies?

also i have recently come into possesion of some "squidward" from spongebobsquarepants figure 11 targets i can supply these posted for £2.99 or i accept pay pal, pies, donuts or cuddles as payment

cheers

Better than that KK is a tightly rolled news paper and some gaffer tape ,a small hammer or even a stone,and an old nail .
simply insert blank round in one end and strike base of round with nail using hammer or stone ,the beauty of these blank firers is they take pretty much all types of ammo according to how tight you roll them

obviously if you sell one normal VCR rules apply

right off to test out my new gas firing water pistol should be good :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

The short answer is yes. Blank spuds. But finding the right calibre is nigh on impossible. Following the Baader Meinhof fiasco in 72, Europe outlawed all potatoes under 9mm. I hear there is allegedly a source of dumdum tateys coming out of Bavaria (or was it Blackburn?) but they are so expensive as to be unaffordable.
The Pak40 should be fine as long as you don't use matches fusee whci are classed as an incendiary round so present a fire hazard on training areas.

Meine liebe Kit-Kat,could you be trusted with such a weapon,do you have access to a supply of 'spuds',in your case fruit would be more readally available but might break up too easily in the barrel,maybe you could try cheese?,mature cheddar,knob ect;
