Radio restoring

Post by Eberhard »

Hi

Have a 1936 German radio which my group uses at events, would like to restore it, but have had stupid quotes to restore the wooden chassis and fabric speakers. Does anyone know of someone who restores them but does not charge stupid money in doing so.

Have considered restoring it myself but would prefer someone who knows what they are doing to do it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Eberhard

£250 to restore the cabinet and a further £150 to restore the fabric speakers which I was quoted!
