I do a Heer Pionier mate but from my many hours of research they didn't wear any patch unless you were

However the guys that posted earlier have alot more knowledge than me from reading so they may want to confirm my answer or add something.

Thanks for the info. I have run across the boating and signals patches before, but was just curious as to whether there were others as well - maybe troops that specialized in mines, or anti-tank, or fortifications, and so forth.
