Some nice medals gents, I used to have a few ( once upon a time) but wisely or otherwise sold / traded most of them- some "sellers regret" in respect of the main items which given the same decision to make again would have funded a major purchase in another way.
Thanks for showing some very nice awards , threads like this help inject a little life.

Now the Cross of Honour or 'Hindenburg cross,here combatants with swords with original citation and blue wax paper envelope,non combatants w/o swords and the black finish for widows and parents.

The small stickpin badge in the centre is a national youth sports badge RJA (Reich Jugend Abzeichen) awarded in cloth this is an award worn on civilian cloths.The movement was established in 1925 and the badge was awarded to males only,in 1928 it was extended to females.It was awarded in silver only and was restricted to children under 18,in 1937 the swastika was added in its final form,awards ceased by order of the Reichsportfuhrer on 1st July 1942.

Nice photos John , if I can find a nice Tombak High Seas Fleet with plenty of gold wash on it .........
