Hi Everyone

I need to find some good quality fashion plates and pictures of german women Circa 1940s, we are not fond lovers of the Dirndl

What Im looking for is the sort of clothing and hats especially worn in the cities etc.

Also can anyone advise on a really good book with loads of pics in for refrrence to help with the wifes impression

Thanks everyone for your kind help

Nick

I tried Amazon for my missus, just type in 1940's clothes/styles books on the search
and see what you will find??, also there is a site called "What Katie did" i think
its called, they do clothes shoes etc, also try flea bay sometimes you pick up
a few odds and ends, not long ago found a nice 1940's Womans watch for the
other half, basically its a case of searching for things on tinternet, goodluck
