my coil (no comments paul)

is getting verry hot it is 6.volt
after about five minutes of running it is heating up

i was told when purchasing it it was a non ballasted coil.

now what i need to know is do i need to fit a ballast resistor
to stop it over-heating .

worried of essex
95th nacht..attached 85th gebirgsjeager

have enigma ,will travel.
