I think they were planting it hoping it would grow into a IV :mrgreen:

I heard of Panzer IV on a river strand not far from my place, as soon I find the exact place I'll post some pics.

Of course, pics first...and in a few years, all the remaining 25 tons of steel.

As far as I know its Russia,there are some early pics from the French campaign and then Russia.
