Les's right, most prob GCHQ around 1986 i considered applying to them, requirements was, English National, 12 wpm CW and not been locked up !
if you spoke another language that got you an extra point, I never did join there crew.... But that's one branch working hard to keep us all safe ......so stand easy lads !!! so just blame it all on me and Dave we have the secondary allocation on the Military bands.... it was me and him Guvnor honnest !

The COMS Glimpse inside the vehicle with any degree should be installed in any case, the owner / operator should ensure maximum security at any time. The price is the smallest tribe equipment, there is no reason not even the commander in the basic drive COMS.
