Original description in the Federal Archive:

Extra information: Peenemünde.- Heeresversuchsanstalt, Raketen-Versuchsgelände. Zu Beobachtungszwecken umgebauter leichter Zugkraftwagen 1 t, gepanzertes Sd.Kfz. 10.
Re: Vehicles photo Library
Isn't that just typically German? A special vehicle for lighting the blue touchpaper!!
Cheers for that - quite rare for me to see a previously unknown vehicle type... and an early version of the Demag chassis as well with solid wheels...

Re: Vehicles photo Library
That would be one hell of a nice model conversion to do on a demag chassis.

Rare colour shot of 2 Citroen T23s. The one made to Wehrmacht specification is on the left, the earlier civilian pattern on the right. Over 6000 of the Wehrmacht specification T23s were made, and most were sent to the Eastern front because of their reliability.
Another shot showing the civilian pattern on the left.
