Ah.. Wili,Great Pics What memories and even a pic of me..fame at last!...I believe Bicester is now a housing estate... I have some pics of that event l'll post up once I track them down,Steve Dean later to be RED1 CO for years turned up at Bicester, first event for him, come on site with a chrome plated Pump!!!!..Tony D grabbed him and escorted him to the boot of his car for it to be locked away!!LOL....I was also at Tavistock battle and remember Gail Lavene and the group, The site was old Arsnic mines was it not?...after we had been blasting away in them breathing in the dust!!!...Ha Ha... How times have changed, I am wearing a '37 BD coz they were easily available, that one cost me 5.00 spuds from a thrift shop in Bedford...happy days!!!...I remember that walk back to the cars (Pictured) as I dropped my B' Bowler in the mud all over the insides of it..not so happy days...Ill have to looking for some pics of it..

Here am I at the Queensland Museum open day 1987, I have blurred the others as I haven't asked permission to publish their faces
Having said that a photo like this was the offical postcard of the A7V for many years.

hi, interesting photos guys. just wondered were did you get your kit from in those days? where there kit suppliers like r underwood or was it original stuff?

A high proportion was original, some was converted from Swedish etc. Not many repro dealers in those days!
