Pretty good to deal with. His Soviet stuff is of exceptional quality and turn around is about 6 weeks (2/3's of that is postal time). Unfortunately you have to pay via Western Union but he's a decent chap to deal with.
Incidentally, if ordering, use his Russian site translated through Google (etc) rather than his own English page as it still isn't complete and some of the codes don't quite correspond.
You're best off ordering in the reenacting 'off season" as he himself is a reenactor and supplies film productions first and foremost, it will just ensure you get your things faster.

It's the western union part i don't like, but i heard they also accept bank transfers?
