A great loss to WW2 history, my sympathy to his family and to that of the young man injured in the crash.

Ian at the book fair at Tilly sur Seulles in June 2010, I bought his books on Goodwood and Epsom from him having joked with him that I didn't really need another book on Normandy , if you want some excellent studies on "Goodwood", "Epsom" or "Bluecoat" Ian's books are the ones you should be looking at.
History has lost a good friend.

Re: Author Ian Daglish killed in plane crash.
The book fair at Tilly will be without Ian this year, hard to believe almost a year has now gone past.
