I need to replace the rubber seal on the inside of a German drinks container lid. Any ideas about where best to get one from and also the best way of fixing it inside the lid?
The flask I got was leftover kit from someone who has left the hobby, so it was already missing the seal when I got it. At the moment the darn thing leaks all over my leg, requiring me to carry a bottle of water inside my gas mask container. I've ordered a new flask from epic anyway but I prefer this one (it has a metal lid which means less danger of cross-threading).
Cheers guys

At the front carries gaskets, but unless you buy more stuff from them at the same time, it would be one pricey gasket after shipping
I have seen the for sale elsewere aswell, but can't really remember where. Or if you find a shop who deals with rubber goods, they might carry some red natural rubber that you could use to make your own.
You don't have to do anything special to mount it, just squeze it in and you are good to go!

I used 2 seals glues together off a couple of old Kilner jars on all of mine - one of them is the right diameter.
