Working on a Soldbuch, how am I doing so far?

Jager, thanks again for the help I've made some changes based on things you mentioned.
Oli4vercammen, I was planning on having some of the entries made in Sütterlin, a friends Grandmother was born in Germany and can write in it. I have several ink pens that would be period correct and a red colored pencil for cross outs and corrections.
I didn't know that SS Soldbuchs came out in 1942. I have seen photos of one signed and dated 1938, it was on a site that sells WW2 German items, could it be fake?

Keep the suggestions coming, my goal is to get this as accurately as possible.
