Most likely:
EKII and war merit cross II on a ribbon bar above the pocket
EKI central to pocket
Wound badge on the lower right side of the left pocket (relative to the wearer), silver was higher than black so that would have been worn.
Infantry assault on the lower left side of the left pocket (relative to the wearer) - these were worn by officers.
Cross in gold - right pocket, centrally placedCuff title - 14.5cm from the left cuff edge.
