Re: belters
He can't. Silly buggers lost it. Some geezer has found it and rung his daughter to say he has it, but can't find PD. Has anyone got Greg Cottees number, so we can give it the finder to get it to Greg?

hang on.............he did that last bloody year or was that cosby?
Re: belters
I've spoken to Greg and told him the bloke who found it might be ringing him, once he gets the number from PDs daughter.
Re: belters
Hi all, if someone speaks to Greg could you get him to confirm what the situation is for re-enactor support cars? On the application form for a number of years it has stated that each re-enactor support car will be charged £30.00
This to my knowledge has been waived at every Beltring i have attended, however one of our unit members arrived yesterday only to be told that he had to pay this year, with that he refused and took his leave.
It may be this was an misunderstanding, if not it is a rather worrying development that will see many re-enactors pull out not only this year but in years to come.
Best regards
Dan.

Re: belters
I have got mixed feeling about Beltring this week.
normally I would be there already, but his year we are not going down and sometimes I keep thinking what I was doing when there this time last year, then quickly remember why I am not going again this year. Too many recent bad memories of the event.
Hope it goes well for those attending and the weather keeps fine.
Hopefully will catch up with friends at the victory show in September.
regards Mark

Re: belters
Thank you to the Das Reich members and guests who supported this event.
Your work ethic and proffessionalism, coupled with the friendly approchable attitude makes our display a joy to work on.
Big thanks to Lou, Dink, Che, Matty and Jon for keeping the grub coming and the home fire burning, Bill and Beatte for the German booze and goodies, PD for the loan of a laffette, Shergar for his support and last but not least to the Swedes and Danes of "Nordland" for thier support on and off the arena.
I thought this was the most enjoyable Belters for a long time. No hassle, minimum Chavishness
great company, good show at the red ball, lots of action in the arena.
Big up to all the marshalls for a job well done.
Bring it all on again next year. I cant wait!!!
