Abouts scarves, french colonnial troops used (and French army still uses in desert operations) what they named "Cheiché", "Chech" or "cheché". It's a piece of fabric, normally made in cotton or linum (French army uses cotton in very clear green-sand color), that has its origin in the north african tribes headgear and has become a caracteristic piece of the French foreign Legion Uniform.
Sure it can be useful to made DAK scarves!!! (Cheichés are quite long so you can made two nice sarves with one of them!!!).
DAK white silk scarves and use thereof?
