Finnish Bits
Ok guys, I will need some thing to start sewing my jacket, start copying a cap (in the future when I get it from Finnland) and sewing winter caps:
-I need big buttons for M36 tunic (1 set or more, depending on the price)
-I need cap insignia (6-10 ones as above)
-I need cap buttons (see above)
Can pay via paypal, but have no idea how to get them nice, fast and maybe not cheap but not too expensive as well ;/

OK, I've learnt my lesson (see m36 Winter tunic discussion) and ordering a summer tunic from Milform (accessed via Milpro), Finland (see summer tunic discussion). I presume they can supply other kit (they show caps etc) but feedback on any other gear they sell would be useful. Here's hoping that one day us budding Finns will get together

Come to finland and "lets go camping"
Seriously about the caps: They are usually correct, but some times they do make mondaypiecesofcrap. The liner in them is strangely blue cotton, which wouldnt be my first choise. All in all concidering the price they go nicely.

I noticed Rich sold his KevOs4 cap (like mine) on Ebay so I'm keen to see the pictures when available (and probably admit that I need to get a notamondaymade cap from Milform.
Re: Finnish Bits
well, fingers crossed it'll be ok.... we'll see when it gets here. i won't "count my chickens" just yet it's taken 9 months since i first tried to order from them. They are usually correct, but some times they do make mondaypiecesofcrap
the kevOs4 cap was little tight for my fat head i hope milpro will be the best option, the japanese made caps (FitzElbe) seem ok when compared to wartime photos but work out very expensive.
regards,
rich

Just a side note, correct version would be "Swedes we are not, Russian's we do not want to be, so let us be Finns"Royalecosse wrote:(we are not Swedes, we are not Russians, we are Finns)
Ruotsalaisia emme ole, venäläisiksi emme halua tulla, olkaamme siis suomalaisia!
