When issued the soldbuch?

Hi all,
when would the LW soldbuch be issued?

I'm coming up with the smaller details of my German persona and getting ready to fill out my soldbuch. If I had volunteered for the Luftwaffe in October 1939, would I go to a ersatz battalion and then to school and then to a unit?

E.g., I enlist in early October 1939, assigned to a training unit and then assigned to I Fernaufklarer Staffel 122. Then volunteer for Fallschirmschule, attended Sept-Oct 1940 and assigned then to 2.K/FJR3.

Would the soldbuch be issued at the training unit, along with my first erkennugsmarke? If I was on flying status already, would I be reissued a new erkennungsmarke when I arrive at 2.K/FJR3 ?
