We are holding a Wehrmacht training day on May 30th at Finsmere, Bucks, concentrating on authentic German drill and squad tactics. Requirements are full Heer or Waffen SS kit, and any German WWII airsoft weapon. (Some may be available for loan.)

We're going to use to use H.Dv. 130/2a, H.Dv. 130/11, Die Soldatenfibel, , Exerzieren und Kommandieren and also Der Feuerkampf der Schützenkompanie along with some other doco if we have time.

I have a copy of H.DV.30 - but I think those attending will get a little pissed off if I make them fill out letters/forms in triplicate.

We're hoping to get enough volks to roll out two zugs each with an MG Section each. There will be two 6mm MG-42's, ammo boxes, drum mags and carrier, 7.92 ammo belts - so carriers can feel the weight and add to the scenario.

The day will be in two parts:-

Morning: quick intro to uniforms, equipment. Little bit of Drill to build kameraderie and also german commands.
Late Morning/Afternoon: Field tactics using MG team and rifle squads, german commands and attack and defend scenarios.

hopefully a good training day for all that attend.
