It is a nice print though. Of limited use in reality however.

It's a very nice print, SMW SS camo is it seems as correct as you get for accuratly portraying a Waffen SS Soldier, however in this case as GraemeMac says of limited use. Still expensive though!

I think that everyone is overlooking SMW's own description as "collector quality replicas". They are obviously not foolish and think that "Joe the reenactor" will be calm cool and collected as he tears his $600.00 uniform on a grey-painted, plywood dragons tooth.

Yes, the uniform is simply phenominal!

C'mon fellas put the 'green eyed' monster back in the cage! So you can't afford a set, me neither but if I could I'd have one. Folks spend a hell of a lot of time on here asking 'bone headed' questions like; "wot am best hat, wot am best boots?" - and there's the regular rant about 'cheap Chinese camo prints'. However, when a trader invests time and MONEY on producing something special what do we get - comments that it's 'over priced' and only for posers! I seem to recall seeing quite a few posers in cheap Chinese peadot over the years!

I've invested a lot a money in SMW products and always been more than satisfied personally.

Rare back in the day!

Very nice! i have a Oak A green side smw tunic and its perfect, SOF had some of these suits (the older ones) and they were well priced

These are like the real thing (that costs 5-10 times that) and worth the money if you can afford it

Very nice, SMW's average type of price ($400 for a dot set),
dont forget you have to pay the US TAX after this price,
thats what stumped me before lol

I have one plane tree smock and a pair of Italian trousers
from SMW they will do me lol :)

Pipes, you don't pay US tax unless you live or work in the USA.
You might have to pay import duty and vat if you bring one into the UK though. That goes to the UK government and has nothing to do with the USA.

I have no doubt. This is the prettiest oak leaf I have ever seen , but this type of tailor made tunics were worn mainly by officers. Unfortunately, the ordinary cannon fodder like me  could not wear this and maintain historical correctness at the same time  .
