By the looks this specific medic armband has reproduction written all over this....but was there such an armband in use?

Starting to take interest in the world of the Sanitäter, and came across this rather cool looking armband in my searchings. So was just curios if they even used such elaborate crosses. Looks pretty gnarly though!
What do you guys think?

die Wille Gottes wird nie nehmen Sie, wo die Gnade Gottes wird Sie nicht schützen.

Put a German soldier into a box. Close it as tight as you can.
Write on it´s top the warning: " DO NOT OPEN! ONLY IN CASE OF WAR!"

Re: Fantasy item?
I have not seen this markings on any SS soldier in period photos. If it is expensive, I 'd avoid it. If it is cheap, it is really fake.
