Many a strange thing said in jest folks.
Three years ago Bob Fleming brought in a number of pieces of armour from the former Yugoslavia....... amongst them were 10 T34s. These things had been standing in a compound for 11 years. Some of them had been used by kids as dens. fires had been lit in the crew compartments, branches, leaves, birds nests etc. in the engine bays. THREE of them fired FIRST time when batteries were fitted and fuel introduced. THREE of them needed crap clearing out of the engine compartments etc. and the odd knock with a hammer here and there.... they then fired up. The other four needed parts and some simple mechanics.
All but one drove on to the low loaders when they were sold.
Reliable, simple and enduring - T34.
