So basically there is no legal way to ride a cj750 combo on the road, unless it was registered in the uk before 1981.
Well that answers that question!

cj750 outfit, uk laws
Is there any way of getting around the UK law that any outfit registered (not manufactured) after 1981 cannot have a RHS sidecar? Also I've been told that having an oufit registered as a tricycle is illegal, and it should be registered a motorcycle with sidecar fitted. Anyone shed any light on this?...

There was a site i used to have a link too that had all sort of dimensions and measurements for the various boxes of ammo, shells, mines etc. I think it was a french site as far as i remember.

What a kompanie consisted of?
Just afew questions :) What exactly did a waffen SS infantry kompanie consist of? How many men, how many different jobs within it? Did it have organic fire support ie a mortars or recon? Going by the british example, a company is made up of 3 platoons, each platoon is 3 sections, what would be the g...

Re: Repro artillery rucksack
Was it actually specific to the artillery troops or was it used by anyone and everyone? Seems quite a useful piece of kit, way more room than an A-frame yet more practical than a tornister or full sized rucksack.

Re: Camouflage caps used by Army
Most of the fieldmade camo uniforms and caps i have seen have all been worn by officers and NCOs, so if yer a shutze/grenadier i'd stay away from field made camo gear! Stick to an m40 or m43 (depending on what you do.)

Re: Jakboots made by STURM
Personally i have went with post war jackboots (leather soled hobnailed etc) the only difference is the back seem does not go all the way down to the heel, a small un-noticed price to pay for an excellent pair of boots that are military made, they don't just fall apart like repro boots that are glue...

Re: Epic Militaria
They were always extremely fast in shipping with me even in with the old management. They manage to get stuff to NI within 3 days which most uk vendors cant seem to do (Northern militaria is an exception, tunic received very quickly!) , their p&p rate is very good as well (not like SOF lol). You...
