Re: Ambush Cam
For Normandy you wouldnt see much paint under all the bushes , trees, general vegetation covering the vehicles
but as Hoffy said bigger vehicles tanks , Jagdpanzers, etc for ambush type paintwork
Theres a couple of good illustrations of this in Jean Restayns book Tanks of WW2

I've just looked at the pics - FOOOOK! The transfer on the Faust - IS THE WRONG WAY ROUND! "Starker Feurstrahl" - the arrow should point to the BACK of the tube where the actual "Feurstrahl" comes out!!!!!!!! As Stig says - the hollow tube on the Faust Charge is totally wang. Do...

Re: Blank Ammunition Prices
. Not suggesting Les that we dictate any prices, only that we, the end users, request a discount from ammo suppliers when a bulk purchase is proposed. Common practise all over the world with all types of trading commodities. Just because we are re-enactors within a hobby makes no difference. I am h...

Re: Blank Ammunition Prices
Allow me to put forward a question or two in this. Why do u fire blanks at shows / private battles? show example - is it because you want to give the public the impression of the gunfire? If so use LPG or even PFC weapons where not as loud and have their own drawbacks they still give the "firin...

"If someone came up with several thousand rounds at an affordable price they would be swamped with people wanting a chunk of it - and would still be moaned at for putting some mark up on it. No account to be taken of the footwork, fuel, time, labour, negotiating, contacts and not to mention hu...
