169 ID 378 Regiment 8th Kompanie Finland Alakurtti
Hi, My grand uncle served in the 169 ID, 378 Regiment, 8th Kompanie in Finland and was captured on September 11th 1944 28 km north of Alakurtti. He was then being transported to Camp / Lager 157/3 at Pikaljowo near Boksitogorsk where he starved on May 7th 1945. Does anyone have info about the 169 ID...

Hi, My grand uncle served in the 169 ID, 378 regiment, 8th Kompanie and was being captured on September 11 1944, 28 km north of Alakurtti.
