Piped generals tunic from gavin militaria,I have one myself,Union militaria do an unpiped generals tunic bit more expensive than Gavin, but you do get most of the insignia apart from the eagle. 398_G_1376051285724.jpg Most types of tunics could be seen at the front. If you notice that for combat Mant...

Re: SS camouflage for sale
Hello everyone!
The items are allegedly lost in the mail. If anyone sees these items up for sale anywhere, please let me know!
They are quite unique as SMW only made a small batch of them, many years ago, so they should be easy to spot.
Very, very annoying

The colour and the 'pattern' in the material is also way off.
Here are two originals:

ATF got a lot of nice gear. But not everything is perfect. The Butter dish is post war for example, and doesn't look anything like the wartime model.

Re: Regimentet - Danish HEER reenactmentgroup
Some very, very nice stuff! You guys open to visits? Absolutely. We have many other groups or persons that come and visit at our events. Der Windhund of Holland, FHF of Sweden, Die Twote of Germany and 198ID of Germany to name some have all visited from time to time. We actually got a big (not W&am...

SS camouflage for sale
I got three items of SS camouflage for sale. It's all made by SMWolesale, sometime before 2005. Blurred edge. In my opinion the fall side is the best looking ss camouflage, period. I have had this a several years, it have been used, but the good construction and sturdy materials have kept it in good...

Pug42. Is the paint from that shop of a good sturdy quality? I've had bad experience in the past, with low quality paint, hence my reason for asking

First side looks fine, the second looks terrible.
Get a bunch of originals and do a proper copy. They aren't exactly expensive.

Re: Tropical Y straps
I'm thinking about selling my SMW ones and get one from ATF instead ;) Mismatch webbing was very common. And they have gone trough the "small" trouble to make woven holes in the back strap, wich was far more common than sewn, like on the ones from SMW. Wich i my opinion is a bigger issue ...

Re: Boot question
It's a common flaw with the Sturm/ATF lowboots. They are made in an inferior quality, and breaks much earlier than they are supposed to. I'm not entirely convinced the soles are made from proper hide. It looks more like a component product. Both Berger and Svec are super good boot makers. Expensive,...
